The Data On Legalizing Weed : Planet Money : NPR

Well it is going to happen. Here are statistics on what is working and what is not really doing anything. Marijuana is helping not only people’s health but the finances of the government.

I use to be against this when I was in my teens. Then I found out what medical benefits it has and became more open minded with Marijuana. The one thing that got my 110% support is how it helps epilepsy. There are people smoking a joint or two a day and getting by with almost no seizures. These are people that have multiple seizures a day. When I learned this I thought it would be impossible for it to be legal. It’s happening. You may wonder why I support marijuana so much, because I am an epileptic. I have come near death. I would love to have a life and all the others like me.
