Do you ever feel tired by lunch? I know I do. I read this article and I am going to try to get into this. I use to have enough energy to last on 6 to 7 hours of sleep. Now if I do not get 8 hours I am tired by first break. It is hard when you are worn out after work to get home to fix dinner, clean up, pay bills, and whatever else needs done. Life is not simple. We need to take care of ourselves to be able to survive in this complicated life.

Parents Children Need To Learn From The Lesson Of Life

Parents Let Your Children Fail

All children learn about life. I know life can be hard growing up. One issue I had is I always got bailed out by my mother or my sister. When I hit my teen years I learned I needed to figure things out to be proud of it. I can thank my pastor for that.

I played basketball, soccer, and baseball when I was in school. I had so many fails, but I got up and learned how to do better. I learned myself by improving what I failed at and I improved with others by listening to advice. I definitely learned that one person is never always right. Listen to people around you and then make your own decision. This is part of a child’s independence from their parents. We do make bad decisions, but we always have our parents to go back to to talk to about our mistakes allowing us to improve in life.

Rock ‘n’ roll pioneer Chuck Berry dies at 90

Chuck Berry died at age 90 on Saturday. Known as the father of rock and roll, his hits included ‘Johnny B. Goode,’ ‘Roll Over Beethoven’ and ‘Maybellene.’

I saw this on the news last night and I have to share it. Chuck Berry the father of rock ‘n roll is dead. He was a man that gave us the music we have today. So much have music has come from rock ‘n roll he is a legend.

I remember watching Back to the Future when I was a child and hearing and the great musing in the movie. One song I really like is Johnny Be Goode. It was funny that that Marty McFly was the one to inspire Chuck Berry. He will be missed a lot. Thanks Chuck Berry for all the music you gave us. It helps our soul. RIP.
