Do you ever feel tired by lunch? I know I do. I read this article and I am going to try to get into this. I use to have enough energy to last on 6 to 7 hours of sleep. Now if I do not get 8 hours I am tired by first break. It is hard when you are worn out after work to get home to fix dinner, clean up, pay bills, and whatever else needs done. Life is not simple.
